Vivian currently serves as Senior Director, Financial Operations, Hebrew Senior Life Home and Community Based Services.  Her educational background includes an MBA, Certification as Home Health Hospice Executive through the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC), and her Nursing Home Administrators’ License.

At the Division of Healthcare Finance and Policy (now CHIA), and Blue Cross as an Internal Auditor and Systems Financial Analyst, Vivian ultimately moved onto inpatient care positions at Childrens’ Hospital and Beth Israel. It was her work for South Shore VNA where she found a passion for post-acute care and seniors.

Part of startup operations for both Hospice and Personal Assistance, and strategic planning for other programs, Vivian has deep regulations knowledge.  Her passion about seniors and providing a fulfilling aging lifestyle is apparent in her volunteer work, as she serves on the Home Care Aide Council of Massachusetts, the Finance Committee and Board of the Home Care Alliance and the HWBA since 2021.
