Lori Severo has been a vital member of the New Balance team since April 2009, beginning her tenure as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her exceptional project management skills quickly became evident, leading to an expanded role in 2010, where she began supporting the C-suite. By 2017, her responsibilities grew to include oversight of the Office of the Chairman and Vice Chairman. Known for her collaborative approach, Lori works seamlessly across departments and plays a key role in numerous operational committees.

Prior to joining New Balance, Lori served as an Executive Assistant at Bank of America within the Global Wealth Investment Department. In this role, she supported the Chief Information Officer of the Technology and Operations Division, gaining valuable experience with high-tech digital banking platforms. Her background also includes accounting roles at several large investment firms.

Lori holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Agent and Notary.
Outside of her professional career, she enjoys staying active and embracing an energetic lifestyle.
