Novyl Igo, B.S., M.B.A., LNHA

Novyl Igo is an experienced professional in long-term care, currently residing in Mansfield with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Her passion for the elderly and long-term care began in the early 1990s when she volunteered at a Bridgewater nursing home, assisting with resident activities. This experience ignited her dedication to the field, leading her to roles as an activity’s assistant, certified nursing assistant, activities director, and business office manager. Novyl earned her Nursing Home Administrator’s license in 2006 and has held this certification ever since. Her notable tenure includes nearly a decade at Marian Manor, a faith-based non-profit nursing home in South Boston. Post-2016, she has served as a nursing home administrator for CareOne, National Healthcare, Steward, and the Guardian Foundation, gaining extensive experience in both for-profit and non-profit settings. Academically, Novyl graduate of Emmanuel College, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA. Novyl’s comprehensive background, spanning various roles and organizations in the long-term care sector, equips her with the expertise and passion necessary to advocate for the long-term care industry.
