Parthena Dandis (Minasidis) (Patty), B.S.

Patty is a first-generation Greek American born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and the youngest of five siblings. She grew up in Roslindale, where she developed a strong connection to the vibrant Greek American community that continues to shape her values and commitment to service.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Greek Studies from Boston College. In 1996, Patty and Thomas Dandis founded Dandis Contracting, Inc., a company specializing in publicly funded painting and construction projects. As Chief Executive Officer and Project Manager, she has helped lead the company’s growth while maintaining its reputation for quality and integrity.

Based in Canton, Massachusetts, the company is certified to bid on public projects in the areas of painting and general construction through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance. Patty also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and is certified by the Commonwealth as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise.

A resident of Canton for more than 26 years, Patty is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She believes in preserving Greek heritage, supporting charitable initiatives, and strengthening organizations that serve others. As President, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration, advancing the organization’s mission, and ensuring its continued growth and impact.

Patty is the proud mother of three adult children. In her free time, she enjoys painting and has a lifelong appreciation for the arts, which inspires her creativity and commitment to enriching the community she serves.
